HOW TO BECOME A CALHOUN COUNTY FAIR SPONSOR

The Calhoun County Fair and Livestock Show Committee invite you to partner with the people of Calhoun County to make the 2025 Calhoun County Fair the best ever. Every September, several hundred people crowd to the Calhoun County Fairgrounds in Hampton to enjoy this special event. Depending on your business, these people are more than likely your friends, customers, or employees. The festivities include a pageant, talent show, livestock show, entertainment and many other activities that showcase our heritage.

 

As you might imagine, corporate sponsorship is very important to the continued success of a fair of this magnitude. So how can you help? The Calhoun County Fair is a non-profit organization. We are inviting you to become one of our Corporate Sponsors. In an effort to give you more value for your advertising dollar, we are offering three different levels of sponsorship. Below is a list of the three levels of sponsorship and their respective values:

THE CALHOUN LEGACY

CONTRIBUTION LEVEL | $1,000

Corporate sponsors in THE CALHOUN LEGACY category will receive recognition on all fair posters and promotional flyers. Throughout fair week and during special events, THE CALHOUN LEGACY will be prominently displayed on signage, including a dedicated Calhoun Legacy sign. Sponsors' logos will also be featured on our website and shared across all social media platforms. Additionally, sponsors will be acknowledged through PA announcements during the fair and special events.

 

THE FARMSTEAD

CONTRIBUTION LEVEL | $500

Corporate sponsors in THE FARMSTEAD category will be prominently displayed on signage, throughout fair week and during special events. Sponsors' logos will also be featured on our website and shared across all social media platforms. Additionally, sponsors will be acknowledged through PA announcements during the fair and special events.

 

THE HARVEST

CONTRIBUTION LEVEL | $250

Corporate sponsors in THE HARVEST category will be prominently displayed on signage, throughout fair week and during special events. Sponsors' name will also be featured on our website and shared across all social media platforms.
